“Bryson Bryant, the son of former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star NeNe Leakes, was arrested earlier this month for” having drugs on him.
RadarOnline.com got court papers that say Bryson was arrested on July 3 for having Fentanyl, which is a felony.
The criminal arrest order says that the crime happened at around 1 AM at a home in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Aside from the drug crime, Bryson was also charged with “loitering/prowling,” which is a minor crime.
The police statement also says that Bryson was at the given address, trying to hide from the police by saying he knew the people who lived there when he didn’t.
Bryson said he was his younger brother Brentt Leakes when he was being questioned, so the criminal case was made under Brentt’s name.
According to jail records, Bryson was brought into Gwinnett County Jail at 2:36 AM with a $5,900 bond. He was wrongly put on the booking sheet under Brentt’s name, and he was let go at 12:20 PM.
Bryson also gave police officers a fake name and an old address for one of Nene’s old homes.
Bryson was also charged with “giving a law enforcement officer a false name, address, or date of birth.” The new papers say that Bryson Rashard Bryant was born on December 26, 1989.
He has been taken into custody again, according to the jail reports.
