A 19-year-old British man was killed in Greece when he crashed a quadbike, flipped it over, and got crushed under it.

The accident with the four-wheeled car took place early Friday morning in the village of Mesos Gerakariou on the island of Zakynthos.

It is said that the quadbike suddenly went in a different direction, killing the British teen.

Another passenger, who was 19 years old, was also in the crash, but only got a few bruises.

ERT Zakynthos said that both riders were wearing helmets and that they were going slowly.

Then, the unknown driver is said to have made sudden, jerky moves that caused the crash, flipped the car, and crushed himself under it.

When emergency forces got there, the teen was taken to a hospital in Zakynthos. Then he was said to be dead.

The local cops are now doing a preliminary investigation to find out what happened that led to the death.

The 19-year-old’s body will also be put through an autopsy and a toxicology test.
