Kevin Hunter is selling his $1.2 million Florida home because a judge turned down his request to get more money from his well-known ex-wife, Wendy Williams.
Radar Online says that newly found real estate records show that Hunter’s 3,425-square-foot Parkland, Florida, home is up for sale. Hunter is said to be living with Sharina Hudson, the woman he got pregnant while he was married to Williams.
In 2020, Kevin bought the house for $795,000. In April, he put the house on the market for $1.3 million. On June 29, the land was already under contract, but it was still waiting for final approval.
Kevin and Sharina moved from New Jersey to Florida a few months after the end of his marriage to Wendy.
Kevin lost in court earlier this year when he tried to get Wendy to pay him alimony, so he chose to sell the house.
Even though it was part of their divorce deal, Kevin said that he stopped getting checks in early 2022.
It was recently said that Wendy had an administrator put in charge of her funds because people thought she would be taken advantage of financially.
