A few weeks ago, the TV rejects made people talk when they were said to look “tense” while out for a walk in the afternoon. Sources say, though, that the GMA goners are still “in step.”
A snitch said, “They’re very happy and talking about when and where to get married.”
After their shocking affair became public, ABC fired them in January. At the same time, Amy, who is 50, got a divorce from her husband, Melrose Place actor Andrew Shue, and T.J., who is 45, filed for a divorce from his wife, Marilee Fiebig.
The person said, “They’ll be able to walk down the aisle this summer, and that’s what they plan to do.”
People who knew them said that the constant abuse they got only made their relationship stronger. RadarOnline.com said that the two are still determined to get their careers off the ground. They have reportedly met with CBS Media Ventures, CNN, FOX Entertainment, and other networks about starting a syndicated show like the one Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos have on their morning show.
“They want to prove the haters wrong,” the person said. We’re told that T.J. and Amy’s show pitch is about how well they get along, since they want people to watch because their relationship is so well known.
The couple got a lot of attention earlier this year when the Daily Mail published pictures of their secret relationship before the world knew that both of them were no longer married.
T.J. and Amy lost their jobs at ABC after an internal investigation found that they had broken company policy, especially the morality clause, by not telling anyone about their forbidden relationship. Even though they lost their hosting jobs on GMA3, the couple worked out a big payout with the network.
Even though they are still working on making a comeback in their careers, T.J. was caught buying Amy a promise ring before her 50th birthday.
