Watching your kids graduate from high school or college is a huge moment in your life as a parent.

Parents who have been through it will remember the pride and unbridled excitement that come with seeing their not-so-little one finish a part of their life where they worked so hard to reach a goal.

That happiness must have grown tenfold for Texas dad Dennis Roach in 2018 when his daughter’s high school graduation gave him the chance to take a picture like the one he took in 2000, which made people all over the world happy.

Dennis was lucky to have his baby daughter Tori with him at his 2000 high school graduation. At that very moment, Dennis kissed his daughter for a picture that would always remind him of his special day.

In 2018, Tori Roach’s high school graduation was scheduled. Dennis was, of course, there to party, and he and the other person had the great idea of making a copy of the picture they had taken 18 years earlier.

In the updated version, Tori is lying in her dad’s arms and getting kissed on the cheek again. She posted a picture of herself from 2000 and 2018 next to each other on Twitter, but no one knew how well it would be accepted.

“18 years later,” Tori wrote alongside her picture. It quickly spread around the internet and got almost 150,000 likes and 57,000 reposts.

People were happy about the picture in the comments area.

“Aww this is so sweet,” wrote one person.

“One of the best pictures I’ve ever seen ” Happy holidays to you and your family.

A third person said, “Wow, that’s beautiful.”

Many people saw and couldn’t help but comment on the detail, which was without a question the most interesting thing about the two pictures. Tori’s dad Dennis doesn’t look to have changed at all in the years since the two pictures were taken.

People wondered, “How old is your dad?” “He doesn’t look an age.”

Someone else said, “I think you frozen your dad until you grow up.”

“Damn, dad really got older?” A third made a joke.

A lot of people were interested in Tori’s post, and she had to explain that her father, who was 37 years old when she graduated from high school, was not single. She also talked to Dennis’s pride’s leaders.

“I got up and there were a lot of alerts.” Everyone had started to share, like, and write again. My dad was overjoyed. Since we live in a small town, things like this don’t happen very often. He responded, “That’s really cool!”

It made her and her dad closer because they could share that moment, which is something I don’t think many people get to do.

It’s clear that the father and daughter love each other in this touching story. Read about Michael Jordan’s long-kept secret, which his children just recently told the world if you liked this story!
