Maria Lòna, who is also a doula, posted videos of her amazing and powerful birth on social media and talked about how she got ready for the unique labour and birth.
She wrote in the video’s comments, “Today was the day, the expected day, we lived our natural, physiological, ecological birth, in the place we dreamed, with wonderful details from God to live it and with the best company.”
“We won’t say that waiting didn’t bring forth thoughts, but as God says in his word: 2 Corinthians 4:6-7 “Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything.” Thank God for everything he has done. And the peace of God, which goes beyond understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Jesus Christ.
“Everything bad fades away, and even though the days before were rainy, we didn’t stop believing that we could live God’s plan in this new birth, and we prayed every night to find his will.”
“The design we show you in this video today is the result of the knowledge, experience, and help of a group of professionals…” who respect both physiological and natural design as well as the choices made by the Protagonists (dad, mom, and baby) in the process.”
Maria said that the birth was carefully planned, taking into account every possible outcome.
“To live through this process, a birth plan was made and shared with the team of hygienists from ἀჼ. To be able to live it, things like weather, process time, healthy pregnancy and healthy baby, mum and dad were informed and decided.
“This day, I couldn’t change anything but hoped that everything would go according to God’s perfect will. It was a day with Radiants Sun, a process that started in the day, and the team’s help to carry it out.”
Maria’s husband Raíl Ramirez, their doula, and the doctor were all there when baby Amelia was born on the beach at 10:15 a.m. on July 16th.
A lot of people have liked and commented on the videos, and many have praised Maria’s strength and determination. Some people were worried, though, about how safe it is to give birth on the beach.
