Jennifer Lopez showed heart and soul for her hometown at the Tidal X Brooklyn event in New York on Tuesday night.
The star, who grew up in the Bronx, turned up the heat while performing her hot party hits in clothes that showed off her curves. All eyes were on Lopez during her whole set at the Barclays Center. She wore fishnet tights, high-waisted latex underwear with an embellished belt around the waist, and an embellished bra top that matched the tights.
Her already glitzy and glamorous outfit was held together by matching red thigh-high boots with embellishments. Lopez kept her hair just above her waist and slid it back in the right way for those classic hair-flip moments.
The “Jenny from the Block” singer also wore a belted hoodie dress with full buttons and a red Yankees cap to honor her boyfriend and former Yankee Alex Rodrigʲez.

Jay-Z, Stevie Wonder, Cardi B, Fifth Harmony, DJ Khaled, and other famous people joined Lopez at the show. The stretching service held a benefit performance for the third year in a row. This year’s proceeds went to help people who had been touched by the recent natural disasters around the world. Some of the organizations that will get money from the Met Gala are Global Giving, the American Civil Liberties Union, and the Greater Boston Community Foundation.
