In the end, Tia won’t have to pay anything for child support or alimony.
This deal has an interesting part about “new romantic partners.”
The former couple wrote a long description of when and how you can introduce a new person to the kids in the agreement.
In particular, it says, “Each party is not allowed to introduce the minor children to a new romantic partner until the party has been in an exclusive relationship with the new romantic partner for at least six months.”
It goes on to say, “Each party is also not allowed to let his or her new partner spend the night with the minor children while those children are with the custodial parent during the first six months of the exclusive relationship.”
Also, Tia and Cory can’t say bad things about each other in front of the children.
This is written in the agreement: “Neither party shall speak to or about the other party in a negative, disrespectful, or derogatory way while the children are present or within hearing distance of the minor children.” Also, they have to make sure that their family and friends follow this plan.
Tia Mowry posted on Instagram that she and her husband were getting a divorce. She said, “I’ve always been honest with my friends, and today is no different.
