Kim Kardashian says that after they got divorced, Kanye West told her to burn all of his things.
In a new episode of The Kardashians, which played on Hulu/Disney+ on July 20 and can be seen below, Kim Kardashian visits a storage unit full of Kanye West’s things. Kim Kardashian tells one of the show’s producers that Kanye West told her to burn his things as she looks through his clothes. Kim says that Ye doesn’t need the things he left behind. But instead of burning the clothes, Kim Kardashian keeps them so that North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm can wear them in the future.
Kim Kardashian tells the director, “He just doesn’t want it anymore,” as she goes through his clothes. “He tells me to burn everything he owns. He says, “Who cares? Just burn it.” I figured the kids might think it’s so cool. I guess I kept most of it for the kids. I’m going to give North some of this College Dropout stuff.
Kim said more about why she decided to keep the things in her confessional scene.
“This is my time capsule of the best times,” says Kim Kardashian. “The truth is that life is very different, and knowing that you can never go back there is what stinks and is hard. But my kids will have the best memories, and this will be the best way to honor them.”
After being married for six years, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West finally split up in March 2022.

Kim said in one of her confessional scenes on July 6’s episode of The Kardashians that she wished Kanye West hadn’t changed.
She said, “It’s so different from the person I married.” “That was the person I loved, and that’s the person I remember. I’ll do anything to win back that person.”
