Radar Online found that the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star and the lawyer signed their settlement deal on August 3.

It is said that both sides gave up their right to alimony or support for their ex-spouse. Also, Marcille, who is 38 years old, did not ask Sterling, who is 39 years old, to pay her child support.

“The parties agree that each has enough money and assets to take care of the children in their own homes,” the document said, according to the news source.

“As a result, both sides agree that neither will pay child support directly to the other.”

Reportedly, each of the two ex-spouses got their own retirement and bank accounts, and they worked out a private custody deal for their two sons, Michael, 5, and Maverick, 3.

It’s not clear if “Marcille’s 9-year-old daughter Marley Rae, whom she has with her ex-husband Kevin McCall”, was part of that deal. Since she was 15 months old, when Sterling helped raise her, he gave her his last name.

After less than five years of marriage, the model filed for divorce from Sterling in March.

According to court papers obtained by Page Six at the time, Marcille said that their marriage was “irreparably broken” and that “there is no chance of a reconciliation.”

“This has been one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make,” she told People in a statement. “But sometimes life takes you in a direction you didn’t expect.”

“Our kids are still the most important thing to us, and the eight and a half years we’ve been together will always be special. We ask that you give us some space for now.”

After hearing that his wife was leaving him, Sterling vowed to get her back.

“I won’t let go of my wife. I will fight for her with everything I have,” the lawyer said in a message that Page Six got a hold of.

“I love her, and I plan to show her how much I love her and that our love is strong enough to get us to the other side.”

Sterling said in the end, “I won’t lose my wife. I’m going to make her like me again.”

The former Bravo star and Sterling got engaged on Christmas Day 2017, and a year later, in October 2018, they got married.

She has mostly kept quiet about her breakup, but she recently said she was ready to start dating again.

“I’ve been off the market for almost a decade, so it’s different,” she said on the “Big Tigger Morning Show” earlier this month.

“My focus is on me and what I do, and I also like a few gifts and things here and there.”
