Congratulations to Michelle Obama, who used to be first lady, and Barack Obama, who is now president. They have not only stayed out of the news, but they have also been married for 31 years. Today, Michelle and Barack both posted tributes to the important event on Instagram that were exactly the same. They may have even worn similar outfits.
“Happy wedding anniversary, honey!” “@MichelleObama, you’re smart, nice, funny, and beautiful, and I’m lucky to be your wife,” Barack wrote a caption under his picture of the blue-clad pair. Michelle wore all blue and added a small Bottega Veneta bag to her look. She also wore a headband to pull her hair back. Barack stood with Michelle in front of a grassy field and the blue sky behind them. He wore a bright blue jacket and khaki pants.

Michelle showed a picture of the two of them in white in her post. Barack wore a dark brown button-up shirt and light-colored pants, while she wore a shiny knit dress with zigzag patterns and big, eye-catching bracelets.
“There are still 31 years to go. “@BarackObama, I love going through life with you by my side,” she wrote. “Honey, happy anniversary!”
Even though this year’s posts are really cute, the throwback pictures from last year are still my favorite. They shared pictures from their wedding day for their 30th anniversary.
It was a picture of Barack and Michelle happy and hugging on their wedding day. It was also a picture of them at the beach, with the words “Barack + Michelle” written in the sand.

“Miche, I don’t know why you look the same after 30 years and I don’t.” I know that day was a lucky day because I found the best person to be my life partner. “Happy anniversary, sweetheart!” he wrote, giving Michelle a cheeky nickname.
Michelle celebrated the anniversary with photos of the two of them side by side, one of which was from their wedding day. “Happy anniversary to my sweetheart! I’m thankful to have you by my side for the past 30 years. Let’s spend our whole lives together. “I love you @BarackObama,” she wrote next to the picture.
