There are reports that Kevin Hunter wants Wendy Williams to pay him severance pay.
The news source says that Hunter wants Williams to pay him for two years of back split, which is also known as severance pay. The 51-year-old man is said to have said that the funds were spelled out in their Marital Settlement Agreement. Page Six says that Hunter and Williams got a divorce in January 2020, after being married for 22 years.
But Hunter says he stopped getting paid by Williams when she became her formal guardian in 2022.
I haven’t gotten my layoff pay since January 2022, which the Plaintiff agreed to do according to the Matrimonial Settlement Agreement. According to RadarOnline, Hunter told the court, “This is an urgent matter because I depend on the severance pay for my living expenses and not having this income for 23 months has had a huge effect on me.” “Therefore, I respectfully ask that the Court order Wendy to pay all severance payments that may be due at the time of this Court’s Order right away.”

According to The U.S. Sun, Hunter also wants to be able “to sign documents related to Wendy’s AFTRA Retirement Plan.” At this point, it’s still not clear what Hunter stands to gain legally or financially if the power is given.
