Elise Finch, who worked for CBS New York for many years as a reporter, has died.
She turned 51.

Sunday night (July 16), hours after she died that day at a New York hospital, the news came out on the network.
No one knows yet what caused the death.
Elise, whose full name was Elise Dione Finch Henriques, started working for WCBS as a weekend reporter in 2007 and stayed there for 16 years. She most recently appeared on a morning news show, and she started appearing on the 9 a.m. news last September.
CBS said, “Elise was a skilled worker who did her work with great care. She was also a great representative in the community, especially in Mount Vernon, which was her home town. Elise was a highly loving and devoted mother to her daughter Grace and wife to Graig Henriques, who is a photojournalist at WCBS.
