By Tuesday, everyone was aware of Ariana Grande’s new connection with her ‘Wicked’ co-star Ethan Slater, following the news of her divorce from husband Dalton Gomez on Monday.
Lilly Jay, Ethan’s wife, apparently found out alongside the rest of us and was “completely blindsided.”

In 2018, Slater and Jay tied the knot, and in November of that year, they celebrated their 10-year anniversary as a pair.
Apparently, “Slater and Jay “suddenly break up now when nothing appeared wrong between them,” according to the source, because of Grande, with whom he has been filming “Wicked” in London for the last year”.
In a May Instagram post for Mother’s Day, Slater, then 31 years old, gushed about his “wonderful” wife.
“Happy first Mother’s Day to the most loving, caring, and wonderful mom/person in the world,” he wished her.
A picture of their son’s hands appeared in the post.
Slater has since made his social media account private.
Jay, 32, and their kid are said to have “visited the “Wicked” set, and insiders say that Grande, 30, has spent time with the” family.
Earlier this week, we shared the news “that Grande and her real estate agent husband Dalton Gomez divorced in January after two years of marriage, but” that their split has been “incredibly amicable.”
They reached the conclusion as a group. An informant informed us, “They were fighting before January, but they want to stay best friends.”
Representatives for Grande and Slater have not replied to several requests for comment on the status of their relationship.
