Christopher Walken, who is 80, made a rare public showing on Thursday in New York City. He went to Robert De Niro’s 80th birthday party, which was full of famous people.
The famous actor, who was in The Deer Hunter with De Niro in 1978, looked sharp at the party at restaurant Locanda Verde with his 79-year-old wife Georgianne, whom he married “in 1969.
The actor from Sleepy Hollow wore a black t-shirt, a navy blazer, baggy” pants, and shoes.
As he and his wife walked into the party, people asked him for autographs. He seemed to be in a good mood.
The Deer Hunter was a big hit with critics, and Walken won an Oscar for his part as Nick Chevotarevich, a “troubled Vietnam War veteran. DeNiro would be up for Best Actor, but” he would lose in the end.
