On what would have been her father Michael Jackson’s 65th birthday, Paris Jackson paid a moving tribute to him.

In a touching Instagram video, Paris talked about how much she loved her father and how much he hated having his birthday celebrated while he was alive.

She said in her video, “So, today is my dad’s birthday. When he was alive, he hated it when people remembered it, wished him a happy birthday, or did anything like that.”

Paris went on to say that her father didn’t want a big deal made out of his birthday. She said, “He didn’t even want us to know when it was because he didn’t want a party.”

While talking about her dad, Paris also said that Michael Jackson’s “superfans” have put a lot of pressure on her to post about his birthday on social media.

In the clip, she said jokingly, “If you don’t wish someone a happy birthday on social media, it seems to mean that you don’t love them or care about them.”

She went on, “Sometimes I don’t post anything for my dad’s birthday, and people go crazy. They tell me to kill myself, and it makes her mad to think that her love for her dad is being judged by what she posts on social media.

To answer these critics, Paris shared a video of herself opening for the rock band Incubus at the Amphitheatre at Las Colonias Park in Grand Junction, Colorado, earlier that day. She told the cheering crowd that it was her dad’s 65th birthday, and they cheered back.

Paris talked about her father’s legacy, saying, “He put 50 years of blood, sweat, tears, love, and emotion into what he did so that I could stand up here onstage in front of you and scream into a microphone. So, I owe him everything.”

In the Instagram caption for her dad’s birthday video, the actress and singer asked her followers to be kind. She wrote, “Please don’t use a man you’ve never met as an excuse to abuse, manipulate, and harass his daughter, who you’ve also never met.” L O V E ♥.”

While Paris was paying tribute to her late father in Colorado, her two brothers, Prince Jackson, 26, and Blanket “Bigi” Jackson, 21, were seen together in Las Vegas.

After a show of “Michael Jackson ONE by Cirque du Soleil, the” two brothers were seen taking pictures with fans and writing autographs “at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in” Sin City.

Prince seemed to be in a good mood as he chatted with guests, gave hugs, and posed for pictures. Blanket, on the other hand, seemed more shy when he went out in public, which didn’t happen very often. He mostly kept to himself.

Michael Jackson died in June 2009 when he accidentally took too much of a drug and went into heart arrest. He was 50 years old.

The 13-time Grammy winner had two kids with his ex-wife Debbie Rowe. Their names are Prince and Paris. They were married from November 1996 to April 2000. In a 2003 documentary called “Living with Michael Jackson,” Jackson said that Blanket was born through a surrogate, but he never said who the surrogate was.
