Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak seem to have very different ideas about whether or not they really want to break up.

“The former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star told her Instagram fans a” few days ago that she was not getting a divorce, even though the ex-NFL player had filed for a second time in late August. Zolciak posted a picture of her closet to her Instagram Story and wrote, “Been working on our marriage and living together as husband and wife. Too many lies every day.” But it looks like Biermann didn’t get the message and is still trying to break up with the celebrity.

Biermann’s lawyer, Marlys A. Bergstrom, told RadarOnline on Monday, “He is moving forward and will attend their upcoming status conference, where he will ask the court to order the sale of the marital home.”

The ex-NFL player wants full custody of their four kids, “Kroy Jr., 12, Kash, 11, and the twins Kaia and Kane”, both 9. This is stated in the most recent divorce filing. Brielle and Ariana, two grown-up children of Zolciak, were taken in by Biermann. They took his last name. Biermann is also asking Zolciak for child support and alimony. He says that her spending habits have put the family’s finances in a bad place. He is also asking a judge to let them sell their house in Georgia so that they can pay off a lot of their bills. However, Zolciak doesn’t seem interested in leaving her mansion.

Even though there were rumors that Zolciak would return to “Real Housewives of Atlanta” after her brief appearance in season 15, the former nurse has said she has no plans to return to the series. The show’s director, Andy Cohen, has not said that she will be back. But he did talk about her money problems during a May recording of SiriusXM’s Radio Andy. He asked why she was still wasting money after Biermann had left the NFL.

This is a big enough story for the Bravo cameras, it seems.
