To our ILOSM family, we send Jamie Foxx and his family lots of love and happiness today.

He told everyone that his beloved sister Deondra Dixon has died. She was just 36 years old. Many of you may know Deondra from the many times she’s been seen in public with her big brother, like on red carpets and other events. She was always the kind, caring person who could make any room brighter, even though she had Down syndrome.

On Monday (October 26, 2020), Jamie shared a sad online post in which he paid respect to his sister and told everyone about her death:

“”My heart is broken into a million pieces…” Deondra, my beautiful and loved sister, has” passed away… She will always be alive, so I say “transitioned.” My sister was a shining star to everyone who knew her. I have lost count of the number of times she has taken over the dance floor at our house parties… She even pushed her boyfriend Chris Brown for second place… I’m sure she’s dancing with her wings on in heaven right now…Even though it hurts so much, “I smile when I remember all the good” times she shared with “me, my family, and her friends. from dancing in the “blame it” video to dancing at the Grammys And being the face of @globaldownsyndrome… from dancing down my stairs with a grin as big as the Rio de Janeiro… to singing us all her songs… Deondra, you” broke “my heart… I will fill it with all the memories you gave me, though… I love you with” all my heart… Our family is broken, but with your love, we will put it back together… Also, please pray for my family… 💔💔💔”

We already told you that Deondra had become good friends with singer Chris Brown, who Jamie says was her greatest crush. You can read about what Chris Brown always did for Deondra HERE if you missed it.

Sad to say, Jamie Foxx and his family just lost someone they loved more than life itself. The world is a little less bright without a beautiful person like Deondra Dixon in it. May that queen rest in peace and strength.
