Since the tragic death of her partner, Nipsey Hussle, Lauren London’s reputation has changed in a big way. Fans look up to the actress as a sign of hope because they see how strong and resilient she is after his death. The trip London has been on has not been easy, and she has been very open about the problems she’s had. Now that she has said goodbye to Nipsey’s grandmother, she has to deal with another big loss.

In an interview with Angie Martinez for “In Real Life,” Lauren London talked about how she is truly grieving the death of Nipsey Hussle. She honestly said that at first she didn’t want to keep going and that she was depressed and sad for a long time. Her love for her children was what finally helped her get herself together, even though she had a hard time figuring out what it all meant. Instead of pulling away, she found love and meaning in her family and the people who were there for her.

Lauren told the people who helped her and encouraged her when things were tough that she was thankful. “I can honestly say that God was carrying me through that,” she said. It “wasn’t me; it was God”.” She especially thanked Sean Combs for telling her to be brave while still being herself at Nipsey’s funeral. He told her, “You’ve already shown everyone how to love and support a man. Now show them how to deal with things going wrong.” Lauren told them she wanted to leave Los Angeles, but she also knew she had to stay for the sake of her family and the people who were helping them.

In order to show how strong she is, Lauren has been involved in a number of projects that honor her late partner and keep his memory and contributions alive after he died. One of these projects is a video on YouTube called “The Marathon Cultivation.” She wrote in May, “We will be holding a grand opening for the inaugural The Marathon (Collective) flagship dispensary on Saturday, June 18th.” She also shares a lot of posts that support Nipsey’s Marathon clothing line, his music, and other things. The last time she wrote about him was in August, when it was his birthday.

Although Lauren London had recently lost her grandma Margaret Boutte, she used her inner strength to help both her family and Nipsey’s family deal with their grief. She posted a touching picture of Granny Gran holding herself tight while looking up at the sky and wrote, “Forever Honored.” “Grandma Granny 💻🙏🏻.” Smith also shared a picture of Nipsey and their grandma with the words “My Angels 💍” underneath it.

Nipsey’s grandma said that he was the “love of her life” and always very polite when she talked about his death in 2019. “I thank my daughter for blessing me with Nipsey and his siblings Sami and Samantha,” she said. I love all of you. In my heart, he will always be there. He will live forever.” There was a lot of love between Nipsey and his grandma. In his song “Higher,” he talked about her journey into motherhood with his uncle and mother.
