Magazines have been writing about Céline Dion’s health ever since it looked like she had lost a whole lot of weight. Her friends were worried because they said she doesn’t look like the person she used to be.

On the other hand, she told them to leave her alone. The Canadian-born singer told people who were being mean about her looks, “If I like it, I don’t want to talk about it,” in an interview with The Sun. Do not worry. Do not take a picture. I’ll be there if you like it. Leave me alone if you don’t.”

She recently said, though, through a spokesperson, that Dion has muscle spasms that make it hard for her to be on stage. Dion had to cancel several concerts in Las Vegas, first in November of last year and then from January 19 to February 5, 2022. This was because of the pandemic, which changed the course of many people’s lives.

It said in the statement, “Celine has been having severe and persistent muscle spasms that are keeping her from performing.”

The doctors and nurses who treat her are still checking on her. But because of her symptoms, she can’t take part in the practices for the new show that are still going on.

The singer herself wrote on Instagram about how upset she was that her concert plans had been pushed back and that she has been having health problems.

“Hi “everyone. I’m sorry it took me so long to” get in touch with you. Dion said in the video, “”I miss you all so much and can’t wait to” talk to you all live on stage.”

“As you know, I’ve always been honest. “I wasn’t ready to say anything before, but now I” am.” My health has been giving me trouble “for a long time, and it’s been really hard for me to deal with these problems and talk about everything I’ve been through.

The” stiff-person syndrome is a very rare neurological disease that affects about one in a million people. I was recently told I have it. We still don’t know much about this uncommon illness, but we do know that it’s what’s been giving me cramps. Unfortunately, these spasms make it hard for me to do everything I normally would. They make it hard for me to walk and stop me from singing the way I normally would.

“Every day, my sports medicine therapist and I work hard to get “my strength and ability to perform back, but I have to say, it’s been hard,” she said. “Singing is all I know.” I’ve done it” my whole life, and I love it the most.

“I really miss you. “Seeing all of you and being on stage for you is something I miss. “I always give” my shows my all, but my health now lets me give you that right now,” she said.

“I want to thank you so much for your encouraging wishes, love, and support on my social media,” Dion said at the end of the video. I really appreciate this.

“Be careful. Do good. Thank you so much for everything. I hope to see you all again soon.

Dion has a past with Las Vegas, which she considers to be her home. She first performed in “Sin City” in 2003, when she started a four-year contract there. It was a huge hit, making her over $385 million.

After a few years, Dion went back to performing in Las Vegas for an engagement at Caesar’s Palace. With 1,141 shows, she broke the world record, according to Billboard.

She also has the two best-selling spots of all time.

Because Dion has been having health problems, she said her tour would start in May 2022, but the dates have been pushed back even more. At the same time, she put off moving to Las Vegas.

Just her two former homes in Las Vegas brought in $680 million. People say she’s worth about $800 million, and she made $37 million last year.

Based on how much she made at the Celine residency show, the singer is said to have lost about $70 million in income because she wasn’t on stage.

Besides that, she’s glad that her time off let her spend more time with her kids.
