During a rare public visit in New York on Thursday, Meg Ryan looked very different.

After not being seen since November of last year, the 61-year-old actress showed off her very smooth skin at a showing for Michael J. Fox’s upcoming documentary, “Still.”

Meg had fuller lips and wrinkle-free skin, even though she had always denied having plastic surgery or improvements. Her blonde hair also made her look even better. The “Sleepless in Seattle” star was in a good mood at the showing at the Alice Tully Hall at Lincoln Center, where she posed with friends like Bill Murray and Elvis Costello.

Meg hasn’t been seen in public as much lately, but she made sure to support Michael when he released an Apple TV+ documentary about his fight with Parkinson’s disease. The movie tells Michael’s story from growing up on a Canadian army base to becoming a Hollywood star in the 1980s. It uses documentary, archival, and scripted parts. It goes into detail about his public life and the problems he had after being secretly diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease at age 29.

In a scarlet jacket, brown plaid pants, and chunky black boots, Meg looked stylish and put together for the documentary showing.

Meg’s looks have changed a lot over the years, which has led to reports that she might have had plastic surgery. She didn’t care about the rumors in a 2015 interview with Porter magazine, saying, “I don’t pay a lot of attention frankly…”What a stupid thing it would be to be a hater.

Mark Youssef, a plastic surgeon, looked at her face in 2016 and said she had “too many” changes, such as lip injections, Botox, cheek fillers, and maybe even a facelift. He noticed changes in the size and shape of her cheeks, nose, lips, forehead Botox, and the possibility of a facelift.

Last year, it was reported that Meg would be back in movies. She would star in and direct “What Happens Later,” which was based on Steven Dietz’s play “Shooting Star.” The movie looks at the love past of a couple who are stuck in an airport during a snowstorm. It has been called a “evolved and nostalgic take on the romantic comedy.” The male role will be played by David Duchovny.
