In the 1980s, Kathleen Turner became a well-known sex icon. Although she looks very different now, she is still a famous actress in Hollywood.

A-list stars like Steve Martin, Michael Douglas, and Jack Nicholson were in many of her films, but her starring career started to fade over time.

Turner said in 1994 that she had an autoimmune disease that hurt her unbearably and gave her fevers, which made it hard for her to act.

The entertainment business lost some of its fans because of this. Even though this happened, she was nominated for several awards for her acting, which shows that you don’t have to be pretty or popular to do well in show business.

Turner was told in the early 1990s that he had rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune disease that causes chronic inflammation.

The doctors gave her a bad outlook, saying that she would soon need to use a wheelchair because the swelling in her hands would make it too hard for her to move around.

According to reports, she started drinking a lot to dull the pain of her situation.

Turner wrote an article in 2009 about how hard it was for her to deal with rheumatoid arthritis. She talked about how worrying about her looks and sexiness suddenly seemed small compared to how hard it was to walk without pain.

Parker Turner is famous for her part as Jessica Rabbit in the 1988 movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit.

After being given a diagnosis that changed her life, the actor was put on many drugs that had a big effect on how she looked.

People thought she was hooked to drugs or alcohol because of this. Instead of responding to the rumours, she kept quiet, even though the press kept criticising her change.

The bad affects of her doctors’ treatments and medicines were to blame for her new look. This was something she couldn’t change.

So even though she knew what had changed her look so drastically, she chose not to say it.

Turner has been able to stop her long battle with rheumatoid arthritis. She says that daily gymnastics and Pilates helped her get better.

Before they split up in 2007, she was married to real estate mogul Jay Weiss for 23 years.

Turner still doesn’t show up in films and plays as often as she did when she was at the top of her game.

We should be thankful that she was able to take care of her health and get through the problems her situation brought up.
