Cardi B wants Tasha K to pay off her bills, so she has now brought the blogger’s husband into the fight.
HipHopDX got court papers that say the rapper gave Tasha K’s husband, Cheickna Kebe, a subpoena duces tecum earlier this week.
Cardi B and her lawyers can look at all of the couple’s assets in Miami on August 7 as part of Tasha K’s bankruptcy case. This subpoena lets them do this. Video will be taken during the test.
“The exam can go on from day to day until it is done,” the order says. “If the examinee gets this notice less than 14 days before the exam, the exam will be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time if they ask for it in time.”
After Tasha K filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month, Cardi B was told to stop going after Tasha K for money.
