Ashley Graham, an American model and TV host, just got a big win by being named the prettiest woman in the world. She beat out a lot of big names to get this title. The fact that she is the first plus-size model to be on the cover of Maxim’s Hot 100 issue is even more amazing. See if any other famously beautiful people made the top of the list.
Ashley signed her first deal to be a model when she was only 13 years old.
Graham was born in Nebraska. When she was a youngster, she started modeling, and since then, she has become a leader in the industry for body positivity and acceptance. She has been on the covers of several well-known fashion magazines and has modeled for well-known foreign designers.
The 35-year-old also does a great job as the mother of three wonderful children, and she never holds back from telling the world about the ups and downs of being a parent.
She thinks that confidence, not size or shape, is what makes someone sexy.
In the conversation with Maxim, Ashley talked about her life outside of work. She also talked about the people who inspired her, the problems she faced, and the things she wanted to achieve. “I hope this encourages more women to love their curves and beauty. I admire women who are brave and true to themselves.”
She says that she has been turned down and criticized a lot in her work because she doesn’t fit the “ideal” beauty standards. “People have told me I’m too fat, too old, too whatever. But I’ve learned how to change these bad things into good ones. I’ve learned to love myself and be proud of what makes me special.”
